YachtPass is a data and information exchange support, developed by Vis Inc and made available to Marinas interested in simplifying the customer registration procedures and other specific events that affect their relationship with the boaters. The mentioned support is certainly designed to become a standard in the world of yachting, because at the current state it places itself as the only Italian badge usable for the access to the digital services present in the ports connected to the network. The system will have the main function of simplifying the check-in during transits: the operator assigned with the customer entry, in fact, will simply have to enter the customer code present on the card and his data merged to those of the boat will be automatically transmitted to the management software of the port. In addition to this, Yacht Pass will serve also as a multi – access support to various infrastructures provided by the dock (electrical and water utilities, piers, sanitary facilities, showers and parking lots). It will also allow the supply of information via Internet on the activities of the Marina and of the relevant place of location. Everything through a last generation dedicated portal – www.yachtpass.net. With it, after registration, the user will be also able to access a planning screen for his cruise and to send, at the end of the filling, an availability request to the transit ports.
